It’s not what you gather but what you scatter that tells what kind of life you have lived. Angie’s beautiful smile and bubbly personality attracted many friends in her short time here on earth. On the morning of March 28th 2022, Angela Lynn Champneys AKA Bugsy died due to a heart attack. Angie came into this world on July 20th 1978 in Twin Falls Idaho to Rex Udell and Sherie Lynn Champneys and was ready to give her older brother Kent a run for his money. When Angie was a freshman in high school it was discovered she had a hole in her heart that required open heart surgery. This did not slow her down because of her grit an determination and the love she had for the sport of rodeo she had surgery in December and came back to win the girls all around cowgirl for the state of Idaho High school rodeo that same year. Angie continued to pursue the love and passion for the sport of rodeo after high school by attending the College of Southern Idaho on a rodeo scholarship for 1 year, she then transferred to Lewis and Clark State College where she was a member of the women’s rodeo team, and they won the National Inter Collegiate Woman’s team Title in 1998. Angie made lifelong friends thru rodeo that ae not only friends but family. After graduation she moved to Nampa Idaho working in social services. Angie met and married Dax Anderson in 2007. From that union a daughter was born, Ashton Nicole, who taught her the true meaning of Love. Dax and Angie later divorced and she moved back to Kimberly with Ashton. Angie met life’s challenges head on. Ashton was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy at birth. Angie attended to Ashton’s needs and any friends who were in need of help. Angie was teaching life skills to Ashton thru the love and caring for many different animals, which included horses, goats, chickens and dogs. Realizing she could help other children with special needs, Angie obtained her degree and became a Special Education Teacher and worked for the Kimberly School District. If you needed to find Angie in a crowd just look for the shortest lady in tie dye and Birkenstocks. Angie loved Bob Marley and lived her life in true Bob Marley Fashion “Love the life you live, live the life you Love!” Angie was always busy she loved to be in the arena there were many nights she would show up to watch her nephews and niece in the practice pen, she loved to fish and would take Ashton on camping trips to the canyon to fish and play in the water. In the last few years Angie found a love for canning and was proud of her new found love. Angie is survived by her daughter Ashton Nicole Anderson, her parents Rex Udell and Sheri Lynn Champneys, her brother Kent his wife Anna and her nephews and niece Cooper, Aaron and Hadley Bee Champneys. As well as many other family members, Aunts, Uncles and cousins and her rodeo family. She was proceeded in death by her Grandfather Tim Qualls, Grandmother Juanita Qualls, Grandfather Udell Champneys, Grandfather Loren Peck and Grandmother Norma Peck. Services for Angie will be on April 5th, 11 a.m. at the College of Southern Idaho Elden Evans Expo Center in Twin Falls Idaho. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Cemetery in Twin Falls. Followed by A luncheon at Rosenau Funeral Chapel 2826 Addison Ave East Twin Falls Idaho 83301. In lieu of flowers please honor Angie with your donations in memory of her favorite sport. My Tribute Gift Foundation makes this online charitable giving portal web page MyTributeGift.org (the “Website”) available to you subject to your acceptance of and compliance with these terms of use (the “Terms of Use”). Your donation will be processed through My Tribute Gift Foundation for distribution to your selected charity. Your credit card transaction record will appear as My Tribute Gift Foundation. An official tax receipt for your donation will be issued by My Tribute Gift Foundation. Donations are sent out to charities at the end of each month for all donations received in that previous month. So a donation made on the first day of the month would be sent at the same time as one made on last day. Payments would be sent either by paper check or direct deposit. Please note that the there is 3% + 35¢/transaction fee for credit card processing, My Tribute Gift Foundation collects a 5% administrative fee. These fees help fund the cost of processing all donations, issuing tax receipts, and sending all appropriate information to the selected charity. These fees are assumed by your selected charity, but you will receive a receipt for the full amount of your donation. There are NO additional costs the charity has to endure to participate and accept donations through MyTributeGift.org. According to the American Institute for Philanthropy (charitywatch.org) a charitable organization is considered “Good” if they are spending less than 30% on administration and fundraising costs. My Tribute Gift Foundation helps reduce those administrative costs for charities and allows donors to contribute to lasting memorials for their loved ones.
When donating online, if the donation form has an option to add a tip, there is no convenience fee. The tip is optional and can be adjusted before you submit your donation. The amount of the tip will be displayed to you before you confirm the charge to your payment card. Tips are in addition to the donation amount, so they do not affect the amount that goes to the charitable organization. Under IRS and CRA rules, tips are not tax deductible to the donor.
You warrant and represent that all information and materials you provide to My Tribute Gift Foundation, through the Website or otherwise, are accurate and truthful and do not violate third party rights. Indemnity. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE FOUNDATION PARTIES FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, ACTIONS, SUITS AND PROCEEDINGS BROUGHT BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY (COLLECTIVELY "CLAIMS") ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THIS SITE IN BREACH OF THESE TERMS OF USE OR THE INFRINGEMENT BY YOU OF ANY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF ANY PERSON OR ENTITY, INCLUDING ALL LOSSES, LIABILITIES, DAMAGES, COSTS AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING ALL LEGAL FEES) ARISING FROM SUCH CLAIMS.
If in any part of these Terms of Use is held, by a court of competent jurisdiction, to be invalid or unenforceable, such part of these Terms of Use shall be eliminated to the extent permitted in that jurisdiction, for purposes of that jurisdiction, and the remaining Terms of Use shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms of Use and your use of the Website are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and all federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The courts of the Province of Ontario shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms of Use or your use of the Website.
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and My Tribute Gift Foundation with respect to the Website, except as we may explicitly agree otherwise in writing.. No delay or failure to exercise any right with respect to these Terms of Use shall be construed as a waiver by My Tribute Gift Foundation.
As a donor, you are responsible for researching the charity, understanding how your money will be used, and understanding the tax implications of your donation. We will email you a receipt, but the deductibility of your donation depends on your individual tax situation. We are not financial, tax, or legal experts. Please do not rely on our information to make decisions about your finances, taxes or legal matters. Consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.
Participating organizations have chosen to actively participate in the “Sponsor Program” to be represented in the Sponsor Charity array in an effort to increase their exposure and the opportunity for more memorial donations to be made to their organization. A rate structure is agreed upon and assessed on each donation processed through that program according to each organization’s individual agreement. Giving through that program has helped many organizations realize a drastic and significant increase in net donations.
If a donation form has a line item of Convenience Fee. The Convenience fee is displayed to you prior to approving the charge to your payment card. The convenience fee is in addition to the donation amount, so they do not affect the amount reaching the charitable organization. For example, a $100 donation becomes a $101.50 transaction. The convenience fee is directed immediately to a for-profit service provider. According to IRS and CRA rules the tax deductible receipt will therefore only be issued for the subtotal amount.
My Tribute Gift Foundation seeks to distribute all funds to organizations provided they have maintained active 501c3 certification in the United States or registered charity status in Canada. MTG relies on the beneficiary organizations to maintain and keep up to date contact information on file with the IRS or CRA respectively. This must be done in order for My Tribute Gift Foundation to exercise care and reasonable efforts to distribute payment promptly, without undue cost and burden to the foundation. In the event that a payment has not been deposited 12 months from issuance, the foundation reserves the right to utilize those funds in its mission to the foundation.
My Tribute Gift Foundation reserves the right to modify, change, discontinue and suspend these Terms of Use, the Website, and/or any services offered through the Website, in whole or in part, at any time, without prior notice to you. Your continued access or use of the Website after modifications to these Terms of Use have been posted on the Website shall indicate your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by these Terms of Use as modified. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use regularly.
