Obituary of Ricky Cornelious Franks

Ricky Cornelius Franks went home to be with Jesus on October 23, 2016. Ricky was born to Rae Driver and Clovis Franks on April 9, 1961 in Tupelo, Mississippi. Ricky is survived by his fiancé Renae Knoll and her four children whom Ricky loved as his own of Kalispell, MT; son Austin (Nicole) Franks of Reno, Nevada; daughter Alisha Danilson and granddaughter Madison of Twin Falls; mother and step-father Rae and Keith Driver of Twin Falls; sister Cindy Pettigrew of Twin Falls, sister Sandy Smith of Okolona, Mississippi; nieces; 2 nephews; 4 great nieces and 1 great nephew. Ricky was preceded in death by his father Clovis Franks; grandparents Raymond and Milbert Yielding and Lucian and Mellie Franks. Ricky had a passion for the outdoors. He could find the rhythm in any song to dance to. He loved spending time hunting and fishing with his son Austin and truly adored his family and friends. Ricky was very protective of his mom and sisters. He always brought a positive light into the lives of all who knew him. Ricky was a true friend, an exceptional leader, a teacher in all circumstances and he loved his family and friends with all of his heart. To all of us that loved you the most, you will always be our Superman! A gathering will be held from 4-9 pm on Saturday October 29, 2016 at 100 Doral Dr. Jerome, ID on the Jerome Golf Course. Arrangements are under the direction of Rosenau Funeral Home.
