Obituary of Patricia K. Rasmussen

Patricia Karene Rasmussen, 78, of Hazelton, ID passed away on Thursday, November 24, 2016. Born in Brush, Colorado on October 30, 1938, she is predeceased by her parents Thomas Milburn and Alice Marie Gebauer and daughter Kathryn Clarke. Patricia is survived by her sons Garry (Amy) Gamble of Dechesne, UT, Michael (Staci) Clarke of West Jordan, UT, Mark Clarke of Portsmouth, VI, Chase (Jamie) Clarke of Pocatello, ID, Cordell Johnson of Twin Falls, ID, and her caregiver and granddaughter Codi (Eric) Van Sickle of Hazelton, ID. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren (with two on the way). Those closest to Patricia would know her to be a victor of life. More than anything she valued education, morality, and as strong work ethic. She strived to continually improve and work towards the betterment of herself and family. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 3 at 11 am at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Hazelton, Idaho. In lieu of flowers, monetary donations to help cover the costs of caregiving may be made on the GoFundMe page "In Memory of Patricia Rasmussen". A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date in the summer of 2017. For information regarding this, please contact a family member.
