Our sincere sympathies in the passing of your mom. I met Pearl at Autumn Wind a little over two years ago, when my mom, Maxine, required more than just assisted living. Pearl quickly became her best friend...and later her roommate. She really helped mom to settle in to Autumn Wind...and generally the two of them were together, talking, walking, packing or sharing a meal.
She had such a sweet, gentle spirit. She always greeted us with a pat on the shoulder, or a kiss on the cheek. We will miss her.
I also want to thank you for leaving Pearl's loveseat in the room for mom. That was very kind and considerate. It is helping with the transition for mom. I would be happy to reimburse you for it, however. Just let me know.
Again our family wants to offer our deepest condolences. Your mom was a lovely lady and her Christian spirit was very evident until the end. May God bless you during this difficult time.
