Obituary of Arlene A. Dennis

Arlene Anastasia Dennis, 76, of Twin Falls, passed away August 4, 2017. Arelene was born in Wendell, Idaho on September 5, 1940 to Benjamin and Mary Janes. Arlene grew up and went to school in Buhl. She graduated from Buhl High School and afterwards went to cosmetology school. During the 1980's Arlene owned and operated Gibbs in Buhl. Other jobs over the years included Green Giant and Lamb Weston. Arlene married Jerry Turner on August 13, 1960. They divorced in 1986. Arlene remarried Ronald John Dennis on March 29, 1991. They lived in Buhl and then moved to Twin Falls in 1997. Arlene loved spending time bowling, traveling, scrapbooking and crocheting. She will be missed by her family and friends. Arlene was preceded in death by her parents, Ben and Mary Janes. She is survived by her husband, Ron Dennis; brother, Duane (Elaine) Janes; children, Jennifer (Tim) Christensen, Jeff Turner, Joe (Lenora) Turner, Jared (Kris) Turner; grandchildren, Brad (Shelly) Christensen, Heather (Brandon) Dell, David, Emily and Lindsay Turner, Jace and Trevor Turner; great grandchildren, Dave Christensen, Trenton and Remi Dell and many nieces and nephews. She is also survived by step-daughter's Christina Dennis, A'ndrea (Chris) Dieatrick, Kimberly Dennis a brother-in-law Steven Dennis and numerous grandchildren. A graveside service will be held on Saturday September 9, 2017 at 11:00 am at the West End Cemetery in Buhl. Arrangements are under the direction of Rosenau Funeral Home.
