After I read about Trae's recent death after just 38 way too short years of precious life, I wanted to express my feelings of sympathy for the Becker family and friends. I know Trae has left you with many precious memories and will be greatly missed. When our loved ones fall asleep in death, the pain and grief seems unbearable. Our loving heavenly Father, Jehovah God (Psalm 83:18) understands how we feel and he comforts us by means of his word the Bible. Psalm 34: 18 tells us: "Jehovah is close to the brokenhearted; He saves those who are crushed in spirit." Jehovah invites you to throw all your burdens on him and he will sustain you in your time of grief. Most of us have seen this enemy death claim the lives of people dear to us. But Jehovah God promises to destroy this enemy, death, once and for all. Rev. 21: 4; tells us: "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore." (Isaiah 25: 8, 1 Corinthians 15: 26) Isaiah 26:19 "Your dead will live......And the earth will let those powerless in death come to life." Isaiah 25:8 "He will swallow up death forever. For Jehovah himself has spoken it." For more comforting scriptures please visit: http://bit.ly/1K38EFt. It has given me hope, strengthened my faith and helped me find the answer to Why? I know it will do the same for you. God's kingdom that Jesus taught us to pray for at Matt. 6: 9, 10 will bring about these wonderful promises here on earth (Psalm 37:9-11, 29), including the resurrection. None of us are guaranteed tomorrow, but we are all guaranteed a resurrection (John 5: 28, John 6: 40, John 11:23-25, Acts 24:15) I offer my sincere condolences to the family. I am so very sorry for your loss. My heart hurts knowing the sunshine that Trae shared all around him everyday is dimmer now he's gone. Working with Trae was my pleasure and he was always thoughtful, kind, funny and sweet. He positively impacted many lives as well as his community. I will cherish my memories of Trae always. God bless.

Heartbroken to hear the death of Trae. I remember just as 4 years old dropping my 12 year old brother off at Salvation Army, I would always run around and when my mom said that we had to go because the night program were for teens, I always said but momma I wanna stay to, Trae told me when I became 5 years old I could do the after school program, and summer camp program. So I waited to the day I turned 5 years old, the day I turned 5 my mom inrolled me right away, I spent 6 years at the Salvation Army non stop all school year and all summer long. My favorite memory of Trae and all us kids was the final summer camp sleepover we played hide and seek in the dark, played chubby bunny, and just had so much fun. Trae was a big inspiration to me and my family, especially my brother, he helped us through some of the toughest times of our lives. Trae was always so positive, I remember one night it was raining so hard, and my mom picked me up and Trae was riding his bike, my mom insisted taking him home, come to find out we lived very close to each other. Trae was a big part of my life and my brother and me and my family will forever miss him! Prayers to the Becker family, defitanley thinking of you guys through this time.

My name is Pierce Reynolds and I was lucky enough to have known Trae through involvement with the Salvation Army summer camp. My mother, Barb, worked for Salvation Army so I got to spend a lot of time with Trae. I will always remember him, for he was a person who brought so much life into this broken world. I will always remember how he led our worship services with enthusiasm and joy. He always made sure that all of us kids were dancing and singing along. No one smiled harder than Trae and for this he will be sorely missed by all who knew him. He has made an impression on my life as a person of outstanding character with a giant heart. I wish to impart as much joy onto people as Trae did.
I remember that the song Big House, by Audio Adrenaline came out during a summer I attended camp, and Trae love to dance to that song with us. Trae was someone who loved Jesus very much, while we will mourn, Trae will be comforted by his Savior. I am sure that Trae is with Jesus now, playing football with Him in his big, big yard, with lots and lots of room.
My condolences to his family. I am so honored to have known him.

Karan and David,
One day I was flying out of Twin Falls and purchased passage for my pup to accompany me. We were waiting to board and as I was trying to keep my dog calm and occupied I was approached by a young man with a friendly smile. He didn't introduce himself but simply said he loves dogs and asked to pet him. After we chatted for a moment he made his way back to where he was sitting but continued to look in my direction and smile at me and my puppy. He made me feel at ease taking my dog on the flight. I later learned from his dad that it was Trae. I've always remembered Trae for that small friendly gesture.
I've also always been very impressed with Trae's selfless and caring nature to help others. He was an inspirational young man. Trae always seemed much more mature than his young years. I wish I could have known him better. Thanks for your example Trae.
