It was my pleasure to have Kasie complete her Student Teaching in my classroom. She came in with a smile, drive, positive attitude and love of teaching/learning. She immediately when to work learning students names, interacted with them daily and worked to build personalized report. Kasie loved teaching. It is my belief she taught me more than I shared with her. When she took over her own classroom we stayed in touch with ideas to better our work with teenagers. As a BPA Advisor we traveled together leading students on crazy adventures. As a coteacher with IDLA we planned and grew together. While Kasie might have been away from home for work she never stopped thinking about and loving her family. Her first concern was always what time she could head back to them. Her love for God and her family shown in her smile and eyes. Kasie will always live in my heart. Until we meet again! God Bless!!
