Karen was my miracle friend. We attended Pocatello High School together. She had a hungry heart for God and pursued a beautiful relationship with Him. She received the Holy Ghost in our home and was so happy. She never returned to the life she left after giving her heart to the Lord. She was an inspiration to me. She loved our family and always treated us more like her family than friends. We were elated when she and Tim got married, as we were very close to the Norris family also. She loved our songs and was not shy to admit that she listened to our recordings over many times. We always joked with her that she was The Bible Singing Bibb Family's "biggest fan".
Tim, we love you and will be praying for you. I know your heart is broken to lose such a precious jewel. My mama wanted you to know that she loves you very much. She would have loved to see our precious Karen one last time. What rejoicing there will be in Heaven when we all get together again.
I will miss you Karen. You were a dear friend. Save a hug for me. I'm coming to see you someday in your beautiful mansion that God prepared just for you. Well done my dear friend. Well done.
Much love,
Gayla Bibb Baughman

Dear sweet Karen, my heart is broken that you have left but, rejoicing that you now see our Lord and Savior face to face... I still remember when we were in the same second grade class in American Falls for a short time but a memorable time, you were the only other Karen I had ever met! You were Karen L. and I was Karen S. Several years past and my husband I attended a service at the church Pastor Bibbs lead. We knew your soon to be husband already but, then I saw you and rejoiced in my heart that you knew the Lord as your Savior! I helped at your wedding and then we all ended up living in the Twin Falls area. We were there at the funeral of your first dear baby boy and our hearts grieved with you. You were a blessing to all Karen and we will always love you... We pray for your dear sons and their families and of course Tim... Tim I want you to know my heart and prayers are with you even if I can't share in Karen's memorial at this time.. We will always remember the time you helped us move to Mexico to do mission work.. May the Lord of the peace that passes all understanding fill you with His love and grace.. Sending my love and sympathy, Karen Schmitt DeBoard

I did not know my friend Karen was not well. She was always such a blessing to me, though I did not get to spend much time with her. She was a busy lady just as I was. Karen was a very precious person with a heart of gold. I know God will welcome her with open arms. Rest in peace my blessed friend, and I we will meet again one day.

I have known Karen since I was five and we would play Barbie’s together. You always had the coolest clothes for Barbie. As we grew up, you, me, Your brother Tim and Phil would play together while our parents played Bridge and after we did the dishes. You were the sister I never had. I loved you very much and will miss you a lot. I take comfort in knowing you are no longer in pain and watching over us. Love, Jean Clark

I will always remember the day we got to spend together before my family moved back to Florida back in 2000. I will cherish these 21 years I got to have you apart of my life! You truly were a blessing to me! You don’t know this but you SAVED me. Back in 2004-2005 I was in a dark place and you saved me. You helped me get out of that depression! I love you so much Sister Karen! Lots of hugs to the Norris family.
