I lived in Lincoln City in 2016. I met Benita and her husband at a local church. She welcomed me into their home many times and took me out to dinner. She shared her love of artist quilting and sewing. Before I moved back to the valley to be with my family Benita gifted me with a serger and a large bolt of fabric. I made my family a table cloth with the fabric and I think of her everytime I use that serger. She poured love into my life when I was living alone and away from my family. This world will miss her spunky spirit and love for life! I feel blessed to have known her.
