I’m so sorry to learn of Mona’s passing. She has a very special place in my heart. She was my supervisor at Sears & was a mentor. I was able to attend the Sears ladies lunches when my schedule allowed. Once I retired we met up at water aerobics. I shared that I was helping a friend mow lawns. I mowed her lawn for 3 summers & always looked forward to visiting with her while I was there. It broke my heart to learn her cancer had returned. She was so gentle & kind. She kept such a beautiful yard. I will really miss her. Due to recent surgery I may not be able to attend in person but I will be remembering her in my heart.
