I AM SO SORRY TO HEAR THAT A VERY GOOD FRIEND AND CLASSMATE OF MINE HAS MOVED AWAY. GENE AND I RAN AROUND WITH EACH OTHER IN HIGH SCHOOL AND JR. HIGH. I LOST TRACK OF GENE AFTER LEAVING BURLEY FOR MY SCHOOLING. GENES HUMOUR AND PERSONALITY MADE EVERYONE AROUND HIM LAUGH. WE HAD A LOT OF FUN WHILE IN SCHOOL. MY SINCERE SYMPATHY AT YOUR LOSS. JIM A. Ol' Gener, I feel both blessed and honored to have had the privilege of knowing such a great individual. I know that by walking into your home everyday as a teenager you allowed my ability to gain an upper hand in my ability of BSing people as well as my clever banter. This, by the way, has yet to do me any good, but I am certain it will one day. Never will I forget the Dance Circle group we had going at the Westburg Wedding. Double fisting bottles of pink champagne and dancing as if we were the only group that mattered. I have yet to witness anyone having as much fun as you did that night. May your dance moves be appreciated in the heavens as they were that night. Until we meet again my friend, Stubby (Mike) Eastman

I am a CNA who worked with Gene at Mountain View in Kimberly. He was one of the best patient's I've had the honor of knowing. He's taught me so much as a person and always made my nights at work memorable. We would constantly walk with him through the halls and he always had a silly remark and an occasional hug for us to brighten our day. We miss you Gene. You'll always be in our hearts. R.I.P.
