You have my upmost empathy. I lost my daughter on 12/15/2021 and I struggle with flash back and emotions that still happen everyday. This journey of grief isn't east to walk in and it will bring out emotions and feelings that you may never knew possible. Just this last week I have finally stopped looking for her to run out to my car after I get home from work.
My heart screams for you ever since I got the news. Please know you have my extreme condolences. The pain you felt that day, the pain you feel now. Please do not lose hope. For me the pain has never stopped, but I learned how to grow around it and found hope; to grow in the beauty of the world even when it has been darker now that Ana isn't here anymore. In this moment, days from now, or years please know that you will always have my support and love no matter what.
