Obituary of LaDonna Schroeder Jones Andrews

LaDonna Schroeder Andrews, age 70 of Filer, ID passed away on 9/15/2021. Born June 29, 1951 in Twin Falls, ID. LaDonna was born to Wayne and Vernice Schroeder and attended Filer High School. She graduated from CSI (College of Southern Idaho) in 1986 as a registered nurse and worked at several of the Local hospitals and assisted living facilities. LaDonna was an instrumental figure in the Filer QRU program in its early days. She loved being a nurse and assisting those in need. She will be always remembered for her love of her sons Travis (Denver, CO) Tyson (Boise, ID) and Traig (Burley, ID). She loved spending time with husband, Lawrence Andres (Filer, ID) raising and training their horses and camping. She will be greatly missed by those that knew her and loved her. She is preceded in death by her mother and father Wayne and Vernice Schroeder, her maternal grandparents Sam and Cora Miller and paternal grandparents Albert and Olivia Schroeder. She is survived by her husband Larry Andrews of Filer, her older brother Jerry (Joyce) Schroeder of Paul, ID, her younger brother Clyde Schroeder of Jerome, her sons Travis (Laura) Jones of Denver, CO, Tyson (Amber) Jones of Boise, ID, Traig (Kortnie) Jones of Burley, ID and grandkids Cooper (18), Addison (15), Caleb (12) and Traigen (8). A celebration of life will be held at the Clover Trinity Lutheran Church at 3552 N 1825 E in Buhl, ID 83316 on 05/31/2022 between 4 pm and 7 pm. In lieu of flowers the family asks donations be made to the scholarship fund at Camp Perkins in LaDonna’s name.
