Dear Nina, Keith and Janet: I just learned late last night, June was gone. I am so sorry, I talked to her around the first of June and she was excited about her health...we were too. I am in Depoe Bay, Oregon at my granddaughters home. JoNell and I flew out here June 4 and I have had trouble with my phone since, Last night JoLynn tried to get me on Line....and finally just the note that there was an obituary for JUNE MYERS....Finally JoNell was able to get the Obituary on her phone. I am so sorry. June was a really good person, her family was always first. She and I could talk for over an hour about everything and nothing..we enjoyed our long visits. Her memory was so vivid...she remembered everyone, sometimes their birthday, and when and who they married... I. Will be here another week, then will fly home. JoNell has bought a house about 100 feet from JoLynn (her daughter). It is being up-dated while we watch. !..Both houses are right on the rock ledge just above the Ocean, Beautiful. I have now lost my two best buddies, Susie and June. I shall not forget, both took their wonderful memories with them, Much Love to all, June will be missed and in our hearts forever. Love, Joanne

Aunt June- The only Aunt who would be interested in a little boys dream and take the time to lay on the floor and listen to all his ideas and plans. The only Aunt whose cooking was out of this world, who never, ever turned down a hungry mouth and always made someone feel like family. The only Aunt that let a teenage kid live in her home for no reason other than he needed to get away and grow and experience life outside the big city. The only Aunt that would get up early to cook a hot meal, and make a special lunch just to make sure you had something good to eat,.. and the only Aunt that always, ALWAYS loved me no matter what! I will never forget you Aunt June; You and Uncle Keith and all of your kids are responsible for some of the most memorable and significant times in my life. I will never forget those times. To Keith, Nina and Janet, I wanted to tell you and your families a little of how incredible your mom and grandma was towards me. She was a very special lady in my life. My heart aches for you all.
