My cousin Carole was a special part of my childhood. We would travel down from Sacramento for a visit to Los Angeles. Being older than me by 10 years, she could already drive. She would take me to the beach where I could play in the surf, instill in me a lifelong love of Disneyland, and curl my hair with big pink rollers. One of my mother's favorite memories of her niece Carole, is when Carole was around 6 or 7, she would dress up her kitty in baby clothes and push the fur baby around in her doll carriage. Of course Carole enjoyed this more than the cat. ;-) Her vibrancy, caring and thoughtful nature added a positive energy anytime she entered a room. She will be dearly missed and always loved.
