Noel was an amazing person. We had the privilege of working with him and his wonderful wife through the Hispanic Heritage Fiesta. Serving on the board of the fiesta we will always remember his love for those early meetings over coffee at Sharis to discuss the fiesta! His love and dedication for the pageant and the fiesta itself was something to truly admire. We will miss you Noel! We send our most sincere condolences to Dana and family. I remeber when my dad would take me to pie and coffee at a restaurant called Smittys and we would share pumpkin pie and coffee. The little things in life mean so much at the end!!! I love you dad you will always be in my heart and mind.
