So sorry for your loss. Many good memories were made at Three Creek Hiway district. He wore that cowboy hat that looked like it had seen its better days, but cleaned up real nice when he came to see my dad (Roy Smalley) in the hospital. Dad and mom said that Harlan knew every pipeline and every sage brush out there. Not a better person could have filled those boots when it comes to taking care of bussiness out there. Harlan you did a great job! The community will certainly feel the loss, and as for the family we are truly sorry and may you find comfort in knowing we care . Dads favorite scripture reflects on the promise when there will be no more sickness and death ~Revelation 21:3,4~ With sympathy, Corabel Smalley, and David and Nancy Mills 845 Barton rd. # 179 Pocatello, Idaho 83204
