To Kay's family- I met Kay when I worked at Fidelity State Bank in Topeka in the 70's. She was a beautiful lady, inside and out, and always made me feel so special. Her charming personality was truly genuine and that's what made her such a wonderful friend. I haven't seen her for several years- now I know why! I had wondered where she was. I am sorry for your loss- it's hard to say good bye to our parents (grandparents), and especially the "last one". Please know you are all in my thoughts and prayers. The beautiful memories of great family adventures will help you all to find peace eventually! She definitely made the world a better, brighter place, and you can all be so proud of that! She left you quite a legacy to carry on. God's blessings , Linda Anderson

Phil: I just read your moms obituary in the Topeka Capital Journal. What a fantastic life. I have great memories of growing up around you mom and dad. Both were outstanding individuals and your mom accomplished so much at a time when women were not very welcome in the executive halls of a company. Rest assured that your mom and all of you will be held up to God in our prayers in the days and weeks ahead. Kay and I also have great memories of the times which we spent together during our college years. Those were good times! Now we find ourselves facing all of the age related opportunities placed in our paths. I think I liked our high school and college year’s better. Please give my best to Anne, David and Barbara. If you’re ever in Topeka please give me a ring. Will break bread and tell lies about the past. May God’s richest blessings be with each of you this day and all the days of your life.
