I have too many memories to share. She was so special to me, she treated me as if I was her daughter. She treated my kids as if they were her own grandkids. She took care of me in so many ways. We always shared laughs. I will never forget the time she told the police officer "you scared the piss right out of her" referring to Ally:) Rest in Peace and I hope you are enjoying your dance!

Mrs. Guthrie was my sixth-grade teacher at Morningside. Like most rebellious kids, I was always trying to sneak around and either play cards, write notes, whatever...just trying not to get caught...I swear the woman had eyes in the back of her head. Worse, she bowled on Thursday nights with my mom, Bettie Kraus, and the talked about me all the time. I think that was the worst year for discipline; simply because I couldn't get away with anything. I am indeed thankful because Mrs. Guthrie really did care about me. I may not have understood that at that age, but I certainly do, now that I'm an adult. Not only do I wish her a peacful rest and a dance with the Love of her Life, but hopefully she'll pass by my mom and they can talk about all my craziness that I am going through now. haha. She was a wonderful lady and I will miss her. My mind is very clear and I remember almost everyday in her class room. What a great Lady.

Hi Suzanne, We are so sorry for your mothers illness and of her passing. We really enjoyed spending time with all of you when you were able to visit us at Felt and also we had a great time the few times we were able to spend some time at her house in Twin Falls. She was always so warm and welcoming and we really felt comfortable staying at her house. We know that she will be greatly missed by all of her family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. Gary and Marlene and Family.
