Obituary of Valerie Munt

Valerie Munt/Moldowin/Davis passed away peacefully surrounded by friends and family on August 22, 2014 at the age of 61. Valerie was born in England but resided in Canada and the USA during her lifetime. Valerie loved fresh starts and meeting new people. Her life was a journey full of big dreams and adventure. She loved nature and gardening, and always appreciated the natural beauty of the locations she lived in. She met many people through her travels and touched many lives. She had a strong desire to achieve her goals which never faded. It was that fire that propelled a spirit of determination throughout her life. She had many trials in her life but continued to fight unwearyingly. Although she was always surrounded by new faces and places, her last days were accompanied by close family and old friends as she passed away at the Kootenai Health Centre in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Valerie is predeceased by her brothers Phillip Munt and Adrian Munt. She is survived by her sister Barbara "Babs" Munt, brother Chris Munt, daughter Mary Petersen (Kovar), grandsons Talon, Brayden, and Ethan, granddaughters Paige, and Rachel, son Joseph Moldowin, grandsons Miccah Moldowin, and Aydin Moldowin, granddaughters Kiara-Lynn Moldowin, and Timichia Price, son Adam Moldowin (Valerie), and son Isaac Moldowin. Valerie leaves others behind to mourn her passing, including her close friend Steven Davis.Visitation will be held from 12:00 - 1:00 pm and funeral ceremony at 1:00 pm on Saturday August 30, 2014 at the Springdale LDS 1st Ward Chapel, 200 South 475 East Burley, Idaho 83318.
