George Daniel Paul, passed away March 30, 2015 with his loving wife at his side. He was born June 2, 1942 to Amel and Vesta Paul in Yakima, WA where he was raised with his older brother, Norval. He graduated from Davis High School in 1961, and then attended Mountain View Bible College in Alberta, Canada where he met his lifelong partner Audra Moreland. They were married August 17, 1963 in Marysville, WA and resided in Everett, WA where two sons Scott and Lonnie were born. George moved his family to Twin Falls in 1972 to manage Twin Falls Mortuary. Upon its closing he went to work for Dick Dey Auto. He then helped bring and start KCIR Christian radio which he managed for several years. Before his retiring he worked at Roy Raymond Ford. He loved joking and watching Duke Basketball. He got his pilot’s license loved flying until his health would no longer let him. He is survived by the love of his life for 51 years, Audra and 2 sons Scott and Lonnie; his grandchildren Shariah Phillip, Shayane Paul, Caleb, Bryson, and Blake; great-grandchildren Gabbie, Conner and Auston. He was preceded in death by his parents, Amel and Vesta, grandparents George and Rilla Simonis and his brother Norval. Graveside services will be held at 1 pm, Saturday, April 4th, 2015 at Twin Falls, Cemetery with Pastor Mike Seward officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Rosenau Funeral Home.
