So saddened to hear of Gary's home going. We were neighbors and grew up together. We loved him like a brother. He and his parents were active in the church that my father pastored. We went through a lot of things together, including his hospitalization with polio. My parent's would take us to the hospital and the nurses would roll his iron lung up to the window so we could wave to him from outside. So thankful to know that he is at home with his earthly mother and father and his heavenly father. My condolences are prayers for his children, grandchildren, brother and sister-in-law. Praying for comfort for all of the Scott family during this time of grieving over Gary's passing. Growing up with Gary and Louis, we saw the love of family and of God within their family. I feel certain that because of his childhood adoption into God's family by vertue of his salvation experience, that I will be seeing Gary, his mom and his dad again.
