Obituary of Joseph Andrew Houston

Please share a memory of Joseph to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Joseph Andrew Houston Jr, 7/29/1970 – 5/3/2015 We have lost a truly loving and devoted son, brother, father, cousin and friend!!! Joey Houston was called home to spend eternity in His Savior Jesus Christ presence with his loving daughter Lexie Sage Houston, and his devoted grandma Martha Houston Sunday, May 3, 2015. Joey was born July 29, 1970 in Clinton, NC. He is survived by his father, Joseph Houston Sr, mother Carolyn Giddeons and brothers Mike, Melvin Houston and Dwayne Rigdon. Joey was and continues to be a living testament to God's love and how it can change you. He lived a good life and was willing to share it with all. Joey revealed God’s love by accepting everyone as they were and helping them in any way he could. It would have been so easy for him to have played the victim as he himself suffered the loss of a child, but he embraced God's love and became the best version of Joey Houston he could be. We are all better people for having known and loved him; it was a blessing and an honor! Until we meet again, RIP Lil' Joe, We will always love you brother!!!! Services for Joey will be held at 7pm, Friday May 9, 2015 at Rosenau Funeral Home, 2826 Addison Ave. E., Twin Falls. Family and friends are encouraged to share their memories at www.rosenaufuneralhome.com Psalms 23:6 surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I will dwell in the house of the Lord Forever.
