Obituary of Brian Wayne Crider

Brian Wayne Crider, 59 of Twin Falls passed away on Wednesday July 15, 2015 at the LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. Brian was born on September 25, 1955 in Denver, Colorado to Rose and Norman Crider. He attended and graduated from Valley High School in 1974. During school he was a member of the debate team and was a region debate champion. He also participated in chorus, football, track and wrestling. Brian went on to attend CSI and then to NNU. On May 12, 1979 he married Karen Anderson. On December 9, 1996 they adopted David Wayne Jens Crider. David was the joy of Brian’s life and Brian loved being a dad. Brian worked at Lytle Signs from 1980 until his death. He loved knowledge and the arts and was very creative and gifted when it came to the arts. He played guitar with various jazz groups and played in the praise band for his church. One of his favorite things was teaching guitar and woodworking to others. Brian loved his friends and family and even his dogs and his cat. A celebration of life service will be held on Friday July 24, 2015 at 2:00 pm at the Twin Falls First Church of the Nazarene, 1231 Washington St. N. Memorial contributions may be made in Brian’s name to the College of Southern Idaho Jazz Program. Arrangements are under the direction of Rosenau Funeral Home.
