I played the piano for Ernie at Wynwood Retire Home. Sometimes I would pop in and go to his room and take him to the piano and especially play for just him. Others would gather and I could hear him sing while I serenaded him. He loved music and had a list of songs he wanted to request. He was a very emotional man, kind and loved having me come to his room and visit. I knew his wife for a short time. Ernie was very lonely and I know he missed her dearly. I know he is happier now and is free from the ailments he had. I also believe he is with his wife. He was truly a wonderful man. Jeanene Ellis
