Emilia Alvarez Ramos, age 84 passed away in her home on February 24, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in McAllen, Texas on July 23, 1932 the daughter of Reynaldo and Sofia Alvarez. In 1950 she married Ambrosio Ramos and together they raised 8 children, Maggie (Angel) Villasenor, Grace (Ruben) Del Bosque, Chris (Steve) Maestas, Rick Ramos, Sylvia (Ramiro Gomez ) Ramos, Robert (Barbra) Ramos, David Ramos and Rene Ramos. She was known for sense of Humor and being feisty. She had and gave much love to her family and friends. She will be dearly missed. Emilia is survived by her husband Ambrosio, brothers Domingo, Eugenio, Ramiro, Manuel, Luis and sisters Hortencia and Rebecca; her 8 children; 17 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents Reynaldo and Sofia, brother Justino and sister Gloria. Viewing will be held on Tuesday, February 28th from 6-8 pm at Rosenau Funeral Home. Services will be held on Wednesday, March 1st from 1-2 pm at Rosenau Funeral Home in Twin Falls, Family and friends are encouraged to share their memories at www.rosenaufuneralhome.com
