Obituary of Sharon Rowe
Please share a memory of Sharon to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Sharon Faye Rowe (Hall) passed away peacefully at the age of 78, surrounded by family at her home in Twin Falls, Idaho on May 31, 2018.
Sharon was born on August 28, 1939 in Twin Falls, Idaho to parents, Richard (Buck) and Bernice Wilson. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Robert Drake and Duain Hall; and her brother, Richard (Rick) Wilson. She is survived by her husband, James (JR) Rowe; children Les Drake, LeighAnna Drake, and Lee Hall; and many loving cousins, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She had a lifelong involvement in the trucking industry through her father, husbands, and sons, which included participation in the Jerome County Historical Society and the American Truck Historical Society. Friendships and social gatherings were a source of great joy for Sharon, especially the Red Hat Hooligans events. For many years, she volunteered in the Susan G. Komen breast cancer support group, providing care, assistance, and support to numerous women recovering from breast cancer surgery.
Sincere gratitude is extended to close friends and family, and the dedicated nurses and staff of Hospice Vision, for their kind and compassionate care.
Graveside services will be held at Sunset Memorial Park Saturday, June 9 at 11:00 AM. In place of flowers, please make donations to the Susan G. Komen foundation in honor of Sharon's memory.
