Robert Wells, 95, of Twin Falls, passed away at his home. Robert was born in Sutton, Nebraska on September 12, 1922.
He is survived by his wife Mary. They were married 70 years. Also surviving him are his daughters Patricia Woolard of Jacksonville, NC and Lavonne and son-in-law Wane Fritschy of Twin Falls. He leaves behind four grandchildren, Terry (Kerri) and John (Antu) Woolard of North Carolina, Jennifer (Scott) Seine of California, Jeremy (Carrie) Fritschy of Colorado. He is survived by 12 great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter.
Robert was a WWII US marine receiving a silver star and a purple heart. He was an avid fly fisherman who enjoyed tying his own flies. Later in life he enjoyed spending time with his best friend, his wife Mary. He also enjoyed a great meal and a cold beer.
His life will be celebrated July 7th at 1:00 p.m. at Rosenau Funeral Home.
