Sorry to read of Frank’s passing. My condolences to your family.
Growing up in Jerome Frank played a role in my life I remember well and speak of often, swim team coach in the 50's. He worked us hard, but he made it fun and it was a positive experience. I remember one spring he sent each of us balloons to blow up repeatedly to improve our pulmonary endurance. Not sure it worked, but we did it. I also remember he took us to the Stayswim meet in Weiser one year, but that’s another story.
