Obituary of Douglas Scott Cornelison

Douglas S. Cornelison, 50 of Twin Falls passed away on Sunday October 6, 2013. He was born on July 30, 1963 in Charleston, South Carolina to Lyle and Myrna (Busick) Cornelison. Doug spent most of his childhood in Las Vegas. He later moved to Twin Falls and attended Twin Falls High School. As an adult he lived in Hagerman where he raised his two children Jesse Cornelison and Sarah Cornelison. Doug was a man that loved his family and friends. He enjoyed fishing, golf, playing cards and especially enjoyed BBQ’s with his loved ones. He was loved by everyone and will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Doug is survived by his son Jesse Cornelison; daughter Sarah(Danny McCrorey) Cornelison; parents Lyle and Myrna Cornelison; brother Mark Cornelison; sister Lisa (Kent Booth)Shaeffer; grandchildren Lius Cornelison, Quinton Cornelison, Chloe McCrorey and Clover McCrorey. He is also survived by nephews Christopher, Kyle and Dustin Cook; great nieces Cassi and Alyssa Cornelison and great nephew Eddie Cornelison. A celebration of Doug’s life will be held on Tuesday October 15, 2013 at 1pm at Rosenau Funeral Home, 2826 Addison Ave E Twin Falls with Pastor Dale Walker Officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Dustin Godfrey and the staff at Rosenau Funeral Home.
