I am so grateful for the influence of John and Betty Morris on my life and family and ministry. John was a humble, selfless man who loved and served his family, his neighbors, his boss and employess, his church, his country, and most of all his God. I am so grateful for the times we spent together - often at his home (both of them in Twin).
May God bless his legacy through his family. Betty, God bless you! Julie & Steve, continue John's legacy of serving others, especially Mom. Lauri, know that God has a reason for all the trials in life. David, thanks for letting me be your music teacher. Matt and Amy, let God lead you - He does it with love! Did I miss anyone? Sorry.
When God called Jan and I to move to Chicago to minister to Deaf people in 1995, we left a great family of friends at Grace that we knew for 17 years. We still miss you all very much. But God has given us a whole new family of friends at Bethel Baptist Church in Schaumburg. Thank you all for still loving us! We love you all!
