This time each year I would be writing a Xmas letter to Wanda and Raymond and asking about Janelle and Tom. This is a sad time for us all and my thoughts and prayers are with Raymond, Janelle and Tom. Appreciate Raymond keeping in touch and taking care of Wanda so she could remain in their home which she loved and made it a wonderful home through the years. Wanda and I became close friends almost the day they moved to their family farm down the road from my family farm in about 1944. Everyone thought we were sisters because we were almost always together. People would ask my Mom if she worried about our being so close because Wanda was four years older. My Mom’s answer was ‘NOT WITH WANDA.” Wanda always a very special friend to me and I have many years of wonderful memories. Billie Banning Holstine Seattle, Washington
Ray ,Wanda & I go back to1948-1950 at KHS so we go back a long ways. Wanda & my wife Pat were best of friends .Ray & II played asketball together. I visited Ray & Wanda several times & I was so impressed with the love & care that Ray gave to Wanda. They were very special people & it was a special privilege to have them as friends. Our kids still talk about us going tubing & the great times we had. Ray-you did a great job. Jess & Annie
