Doris was a wonderful, kind and smart woman. She and Dick were dear friends of my parents, Bud and Marlese Teasley. They shared many good times over many years of friendship and music-making. Dick and Doris were a bulwark of support to Marlese after Bud's passing. I hope they are all together once again with some swinging jazz, of course! Thank you, Doris, for being such a wonderful friend of our family, .
