Tracie was and is an amazing person and soul, who I had the honor to spend so much quality time with over the years. I instantly was attracted to her forwardness and optimistic approach to life. I watched how Tracie met challenges head on and had the ability to focus on how to maximize the positives in her life rather than dwell on the negatives. Tracie shared with me many intimate thoughts about people in her life, real life situations she struggled with, and emotions she was enduring at the moment. Tracie would confide in me that she wanted to just do the simplest things....like run as fast as her mind could imagine it. Tracie cried at times about just wanting to do the things other women her age were able to do. Though Tracie was completely human and hated to be referred to as super woman, she often appeared to so many this way, because she would will herself to keep moving, keep learning, keep growing, keep reinventing herself! As useless and inadequate as she thought of herself at times, she pushed every mind and body boundary any doctor, friend, or family member thought she was capable of. She was truly more resilient and positive than any other person I have ever met..I quite honestly would be in awe of her tenacity and endurance each and every day! On a personal level, Tracie cared deeply for family and friends. These people made her life bearable and enjoyable along this bumpy journey. Ernie, Dee, Jerry, Rod, Jane and countless other relatives and friends made her life the very best it could be!....each of these people meant so much to her and have also made me a better person in their actions and words of love & encouragement. I have never met better examples of what I would want for a family and friends. Though Tracie's presence will be missed by me and others in the remaining days we have on this Earth, I know her legacy will live on through each of us that were impacted so greatly by her wonderful spirit. I personally will continue to try to live a life that she would be most proud of, and tell countless individuals, as I do daily about the remarkable woman that touched my life so much! About that dream I had last night....It was Tracie running in an endless field of lush green grass (believe it or not...no shoes on), smiling and laughing the entire way!!! I miss and love you sweet Tracie!!!!

Tracy and I had the pleasure of working together. I remember her for infectous laugh, her kind heart and most of all her will to live life to the fullest, even whem all the odds seem to be against her. She still stood strong. Tracy fly high with the angels! And my your family find comfort in all memories you made and the love you shared. You were a fighter, and through it all you held strong. You lived, you loved but most of you inspired many people around you. And I had the greatest pleasure to reconnect with just recently with the scrapbook friends of girlfriends. And I grateful for those last visits. Rest in peace sweet girl! You will be missed.

It was a great blessing when I got to meet Tracie through Book Club. She was such an upbeat person and shared a kindness with all of us. I loved her insight and her example of being patient and having a super attitude as she went through so many health issues. What a great person. She will be missed.

Tracie -- What a wonderful woman you were. You were such a great friend to Lee. When I met you, I knew you were a caring, loving and generous person. You welcomed me into your life with open arms and as though I was your sister. You stood by me in my wedding to Lee and always welcomed me into your home in Boise and Twin Falls. I miss our visits, meals out and adventures together. Wish they could have been more! You will be greatly missed -- may God Bless you and Hold you in the Palm off His Hand. Soar HIgh Sweet Tracie and know we will ALWAYS keep you in our prayers and thoughts!

Tracie and I were childhood friends. I have so many fond memories of Tracie. My heart hurts for the loss of such a remarkable and courageous human being. I loved playing softball with Tracie. She always made everyone on the team laugh and her smile could light up the darkest room. I remember staying the night at Tracie's house when we were kids. Tracie and I watched the Dodger's play in the 81' World Series. We ate way too much junk food that night as we cheered for the Dodgers. Another fond childhood memory of Tracie was from kindergarten. While the teacher was talking about some project we were about to do, Tracie dared me to cut my hair. I took the scissors and cut a huge chunk of my long hair off because Tracie dared me. The teacher screamed and Tracie and I laughed. My mom had to get all my hair cut off since I was missing a huge chunk. I still have my kindergarten picture to prove it. Every time I see that picture, I remember Tracie and the dare "that literally cost me my hair!"
I want to say "Thank You" to Tracie's parents. You raised an incredible daughter who blessed the lives of everyone who knew her. I feel so privileged to call Tracie my friend. I will cherish the memories I shared with your incredible daughter. God took his angel back. I know Tracie's wings are now stronger and more radiant than ever before. I love you Tracie. God always shined so beautifully through you!
