My deepest condolences to the family and friends of Robert. God comfort us and give us the courage to bear our pain. He does so mainly through his Word, the Bible, and through the gift of prayer. I'm so sorry for your loss. I know you've been strong, but remember to lean on family and friends for support. Your friends at the gym (me included, Body Attack class) care about you and love to see your beautiful, friendly face at each class.
