Ms. Milligan aka Barbara worked in our ELL classroom during the 2016-2017 school year as a C.S.I. Foster Grandma. The students and I enjoyed getting to know and love Ms. Milligan. She was a huge help in working with small groups, math tutoring, learning to read and write in English, creative writing, playing multicultural instruments, singing and dancing, etc. Ms. Milligan was also known for going out on the playground and playing Four Square with the children. She will be deeply missed by all that knew her.
